Welcome to Shipper Setup


On this page, you can find the main information you need to set up your sales channels and marketplaces on your Shipper account.

Adding Amazon to Shipper

From the front page of Shipper, please navigate to the settings menu in the top right hand corner using the Gear icon.

Click on the Sales Channel Box and then click Install New Channel



If you have more than one Amazon channel, make sure you name the store a name you associate with that store i.e. kidsclothesdirect

If you have Amazon and eBay accounts for the same brand name, it should be the brand name followed by the name of the shop i.e. kidsclothesdirect Amazon so that you can differentiate between them later.

The new channel will then go into the General list, to connect, click on it.

Now you need to go to your Amazon account to get the vital information.

Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account as the account owner

Click on Settings (top right) > User Permissions



Click the button to "Authorise a Developer" below the users setup.



Enter the Developer's Name (Despatch Cloud) and Developer Account Number in the fields.

Developer codes can be found below, please find the correct one for your Amazon channel.

You will then be able to access your:

  • Authorisation Token
  • Seller ID

These are required to be entered into the credentials page in the Amazon Module in Shipper

In the Overview tab you will need to set the box Active : Enabled

In the Brand box you can add any logo specific to this channel for your packing slips and relevant information.

Click through to Despatch Email and then click save.

Your orders will pull in every half an hour on the hour and at half past.

If you need to do a manual refresh click Order and Fetch Orders on the left of the front page to run an instant update.

Adding WooCommerce to Shipper

The following steps must be followed to make WooCommerce compatible.

Log into your WordPress account with your username and password. Then access WooCommerce.



On the left side of the page is the navigation panel. Select "WooCommerce", then "Settings".



Select the API tab at the top of the page



Make sure "Enable the REST API" is checked. If it isn't, check it and then click "Save Changes".



Next, select Keys/Apps



Click "Add Key"



Add a Description Name, select the User, and select "Read/Write" in the Permissions drop down. Click "Generate API Key" when all fields have been populated.



Use the "Copy" button located next to each key to copy and paste the keys where ypu can access for a later step. (It is recommended to use the Notepad on your computer or a Word document to save your keys.)



Once you have the keys, navigate to Sales Channels in Shipper Settings and click on Install Channel.



Once installed, navigate to the channel and activate it.

In the credentials section add the:

  • URL
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret
  • Add an order prefix if you have multiple WooCommerce channels and need to differentiate the orders
  • Select tracking module to true if you use the woo commerce tracking plugin
    • Shipper will connect and automatically fetch your orders.

Adding EKM to Shipper

Go into Settings of Shipper and click on Sales Channel

Click Install Channel



Install EKM and add the name of the store.



Click on this link to use the EKM connector then fill in your store URL and refresh token in the credentials section of the Shipper Module to connect your channel.

Adding eBay to Shipper

From the front page of Shipper, please navigate to the settings menu in the top right hand corner using the Gear icon.

Click on the Sales Channel Box and then click Install New Channel



If you have more than one eBay channel, make sure you name the store a name you associate with that store i.e. kidsclothesdirect

If you have Amazon and eBay accounts for the same brand name, it should be the brand name followed by the name of the shop i.e. kidsclothesdirect eBay so that you can differentiate between them later.

The new channel will then go into the General list, to connect, click on it.

In order to activate this channel it needs to be connected to your eBay account. You will see two data fields for Access Token and Site ID to obtain these credentials from eBay you will need to run our eBay auto connection wizard. To run the wizard now, please clickhere.



You then need to click "Create Access Token"



Login to your eBay account with the login credentials.



You will then be taken back to our eBay auto connection wizard and you will now see two data fields with your Access Token and Site ID provided (as below).



Go back to Shipper and in the eBay integration. You will need to enter your access token and site ID under the credentials tab.

On the Overview tab, you need to select Active: Enabled

In the Brand section if you want to create packing slips for this specific account you can upload a logo and other information to appear on the packing slip.

Click to Despatch Email and then click Save Changes.

Your orders will pull in every half an hour on the hour and at half past.

If you need to do a manual refresh click Order and Fetch Orders on the left of the front page to run an instant update.

Adding Shopify to Shipper

Go into Settings of Shipper and click on Sales Channel

Click Install Channel



Once Shopify is installed, enable the settings and in the credentials page add:

  • URL
  • API Key (from the private app)
  • API Password (from the private app)

The store URL should not have the https:// or www in it and should not have the forward slash at the end when entered into the system so should read sampleshop.com instead of https://sampleshop.com/
